Denise is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Instructor and received her training at Yoga Loka in Frenchtown, N. She has taken many workshops and trainings to deepen her own practice. Denise is a breast cancer survivor came to Yoga looking for stress and anxiety relief and soon discovered the benefits of yoga while going through Chemotherapy and numerous surgeries. Denise became a Yoga instructor to help others not only be physically fit but also to nourish their mind and spirit. opportunities to teach the benefits of Yoga to people with various health conditions. Kate has presented for AHTA, AHS, and other conferences across the U.S., and advocates for the benefits of horticultural therapy and healthy living. Adam found yoga in January 2014 while attending a yoga beginners workshop. After one class he was hooked. Throughout his continued practice and training he has found that his connection between mind, body and breath to be constantly evolving. This awareness has translated to all areas of Adams life. Adams purpose in teaching is to share this evolutionary path with others so that they too can experience the joy in their lives that Adam has experienced with yoga. Adam holds a 200-hour yoga certification from Dig Yoga, under the teaching of Sue Elkind and Naime Jezzeny. Adam’s teaching style invokes the idea of putting instruction into simple terms to reach his students in a clear and precise manner. He focuses on bringing the body into good alignment while building body strength, flexibility and range of motion as well as growing the connection between the breath, heart, body, and mind.
RYT-200, Yoga Instructor
Leslie followed an academic path for her adult life. The rigors of this path eventually resulted in hypertension and diabetes. She sought relief through yoga as a compliment to traditional medical therapies. Leslie got out of her head and onto the yoga mat She found relief from the very first class and never looked back. Leslie completed her RYT 200 in June of 2017. She is enthusiastic about students who are coming to yoga for the first time and is eager to focus on the abilities of her students. It is her goal to encourage her student to explore and expand in a playful yoga practice. Leslie lives in Hunterdon County. After raising two children she and her husband are enjoying their “empty nest” together.
Usui Reiki Master
Diana Davis is a Reiki Master/Teacher, and has trained in Usui Reiki practice for over 5 years. Her healing sessions invite Angels and Ascended Masters into the Sacred space to help facilitate healing based on the client’s needs. Her practice also includes animals as well as people.
