Be Here Now Yoga in Flemington NJ
Be Here Now Yoga, located in downtown Flemington, is a beautiful new studio space, devoted to making yoga accessible to people in the community. Our goal is bring spiritual mind-body practices to students at an affordable rate. Based on the philosophy of using certain tools to heal the self, the studio offers integrative classes and workshops including, yoga, meditation, tai chi, sound healing, nutrition, health and wellness.

Be Here Now Yoga is about being present in the moment. In our all too busy day we often opt toput ourselves last. Karen and the staff at Be Here Now Yoga invite you to take an hour or so to devote to yourself. Combining meditation, breath work and movement — the practice of yoga is designed to increase your body’s efficiency and improve total health. Whether you are new to yoga, a beginner, or an advanced practitioner, there is something here to suit your needs. Karen and her staff feel that yoga is for every body; regardless of any physical, mental, or emotional limitations you think you have, we hope to offer you a studio space where you feel welcome. Be Here Now Yoga offers a studio space for you! We offer adjustments and modifications to help you find a personal practice right for you.

I highly recommend her class

I love Karen's class. When I leave there I feel energized and rested at the same time. Her verbal cues are very clear and she explains what each pose does for the body. I highly recommend her class to any level of yoga student. Karen’s Saturday morning vinyasa is such a nice way to start the weekend. - Karen S

Jess is there to guide and encourage us along the way

Going upside-down doesn’t come naturally, and the thought of inversions can be really intimidating. But Jess helps us learn the fundamentals of inversions: alignment, arm and core strength. We gradually build our muscles and position ourselves correctly so that we can work our way up to handstands, slowly and comfortably. Jess is there to guide and encourage us along the way, and I think everyone in class was surprised to find out just how strong we all are! - Andrea L.

A very caring yoga teacher

Karen is a very caring yoga teacher. She intuitively senses what I need, when I need it. She also adapts each asana to accommodate for any physical limitations or injuries. I feel well-nurtured after every class!
