200 hour Yoga Teacher Training is a rewarding experience. I wanted to take my yoga practice to the next level, and I jumped in with both feet. Karen balances asana practice with the ethics and mythology of yoga. The anatomy portion showed me how my body works. Each session is different and informative. Being a teacher, Karen offers an energetic curriculum as well as enthusiasm for her students. The guest speakers added variety and fun! I learned that Yoga is not just about the poses, and I am excited to start helping others experience all of the benefits that yoga has to offer. – Leslie
