Summer Kid’s Yoga

Be Here Now Yoga will be offering a variety of programs to bring health, wellness, and yoga fun to kids in the community. A three week series for six to nine year olds begin April 25 and includes yoga for kids six to nine year olds on Fridays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. with Amy McKenna. The tween girl series with Abby Walsh continues on various Sundays through April, May and June. Summer series includes Asana (poses) and activity each week. Topics include quieting the mind, being mindful, respecting others and opening the heart to kindness, finding balance, taking flight, getting grounded, and overcoming obstacles.
