Flemington Health & Wellness Progressive Day will take place February 25, 2017.

Join us at Be Here Now Yoga for a day filled with yoga, meditation, nutrition and essential oils. All classes are free and there will be a raffle drawing for a free class at the end of each session. A printable map, detailing events and locations, can be downloaded by clicking here.
 
Please arrive 10 minutes before class. All you need to do is bring a smile, don’t worry if you don’t have a yoga mat, we have plenty of extras.

8:00 AM | Sun Salutations – Carolyn
Start your day off with mixed level Sun Salutations Express. Carolyn will guide you through this energizing practice.
 
9:00 AM | Slow Flow – Mixed Level – Denise
Join Denise for a gentle mixed level class ideal for beginners and experienced students.
 
10:00 AM | Prime of Life Yoga™, with Karen
They say 50 is the new 30 and 60 is the new 40! Here is a special yoga class for 40 – 70 year olds. Prime of Life Yoga™ is a mixed level class for safe user friendly poses for general health and well-being. Beginners are welcome. Join Karen, a registered Prime of Life Level 2 instructor, for this class.
 
11:00 AM | Yoga for Beginners, with Karen
Have you always wanted to try yoga? This beginner’s class will introduce you to the basic poses and give you a chance to start your yoga practice today.
 
12:00 PM | Eating for Energy, Karen S.
Wouldn’t it be great to have more energy? Join Karen Sammer, Certified Holistic Heath Coach, who will talk to you about healthy eating habits and foods that offer an abundance of energy and vitality. This class is offered again at 3:00 PM
 
1:00 PM | Yoga for Arthritis – Peggy

2:00 PM | Meditation and Stress Management Techniques – Valerie Powel and Lori Thatch
Feeling stressed? Join Lori and Valerie and learn some techniques to manage everyday stress. Add some tools to you stress management toolbox including gentle stretching, easy breathing and meditation’
 
3:00 PM | Eating for Energy, Karen S.

4:00 PM | Essential Oils 101 Make and Take Craft –
Essential Oils 101, learn the basics about oils and how to use them in everyday living. This season will include lecture, discussion and make and take crafts. After the class, you are invited to stay to learn more If you are considering to be a doTerra wellness advocate (not part of the 4:00 session)
