We have a class for every body! Whether you are new to yoga or want to deepen your practice Be Here Now Yoga has a class for you. Whether you like a Gentle Flow or a fast paced Vinyasa there is a class for you.


Our evening meditation classes teach Shamatha-Vipassana. It is the same meditation method the Buddha practiced and taught. This simple, though profound, method of meditation is accessible to anyone.


Reiki is a method of stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The technique was developed in Japan and is administered by the laying on of hands. It is based on the idea that all living things have a special energy flowing through them called life energy.

Lunch Time Yoga

Step out of the office and into the studio for a lunch time yoga break. Take 45 minutes out of your busy day to stretch those shoulder and open those hips.
